DietDetect is a nutrition awareness and food logging application. It helps you track meals, understand nutrition patterns, and build consistent habits. DietDetect does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or professional dietary guidance.
Not Medical Advice
Information provided by DietDetect and DietGenie is for general wellness and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for personal health decisions. Do not disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your credentials confidential.
Subscriptions and Payments
Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Pricing, billing, and cancellation are governed by Google Play’s terms. You may cancel anytime through your Play Store account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of DietDetect are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
DietDetect is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
